Parties can include an arbitration clause in the contract to settle all differences and disputes arising between them out of or relating to their contract by arbitration in accordance with the law and procedure of their choice. However, the cLB alone is vested with statutory power to deal with the cases of oppression and mismanagement. The parties can not enforce their contractual rights thrugh a petition before the CLB styling their disputes as acts of oppression and mismanagement.
