Transfer of legal proceedings to natioanl coampany law tribunal - 2014 - 400-403
Eventhough the companies act 1956 has not yet been repealed by bringing into force sub section (1) of section 465 of the companies act 2013, several provisions of the act have been brought into force. Already Government of India has advertised forrecruiting judicial and technical members for the National Comapny law tribunal, which is going to be constituted very soon.
