Corporate governance practices emphasizes to cover a wide range of phenomenon to cover distinct responsibilities of the organizations especially the profit and nonprofit making centers. As per the definition adopted by Organization for Economic Corporation and Development (OECD)- Corporate governance is the system by which business corporations are directed and controlled. The corporate governance structure specifies the distribution of rights and responsbilitis among different participants in the corporation, such as, the board, managers, shareholders and other stakeholers and spells out the rules and procedures for making decisions in corporate affairs.
