A random sample of 105 IT employees full time working in Indain firms responded. For data analysis multiple regression was used. The findings in this paper bring out whether the superior career support significantly predicts career satisfaction. The IT employees in IT firms in India may be identified as aunique population worthly of empirical investigation, details of how they actually manage their careers remain clear.
