The three areas of funadamental reform are an explicit mandate tothe central bank, an empowered monetary policy committee (MPC) and increased transparency. The commission aims at a big overhaul on transparency by proposing to release the statement of monetary policy objectives and the voting record/rationle statements of MPC into the public domain ER -
