Knowledge, as the postulation and practice of new relations and an outcome of organizational processes, provides the greatest leverage for firms to survive, compete and conquer great heights in the world of business. Knowledge is very much intrinsic to the organization and it is wrong to consider that it is always imported from outside the organization. It implies that the extrinsic aspect of knowledge is to minimized considering the endogenous processes in the arenas of cognition and organizational processes.
