This paper presents the review of the factor influencing the choice criteria in respect of selecting a bank. In particular, it finds those criteria which have become significantly important in motivating the choice. A review of literature has beendone to find out the various factors influencing the choice of a bank. Finding show that reliability is a significant choice criteria which includes employees courtesy, parking facility, loyalty programs, brand name, security system and low charges with the bank.
